- This video acts as evidence for us to verify your claim and take the appropriate action.
- Without this proof, we may not be able to approve your return or refund request.
3. Missing Items
- If your order is missing one or more items, please share an unboxing video showing the remaining items you received.
- This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Upon verification, we will either send the missing item(s) or issue a refund for the same if replacement is not possible.
4. Wrong Product Received
- If you have received a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide a video proof from the time of unboxing to confirm the error.
- We will arrange for the replacement and bear the return shipping costs in this case.
5. Exchange for Wrong Product Ordered by Customer
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it:
- The cost of shipping for both returning the original item and sending the replacement item will be borne by you.
- This applies because we operate as a wholesale platform, not a retail store.
- Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
- If damage or defect is confirmed through the provided unboxing video, we will process your refund.
b. Missing Items
- If we are unable to send the missing items from your order, we will issue a refund for the value of those items.
7. Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, including tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and boxes, must be included.
- The item should be returned in the same secure packaging in which it was delivered.
8. Return Shipping
- The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or wrong item sent).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
- If return shipping is paid by us due to our error, we will provide you with the shipping label or arrange pickup.
9. Rejection / Denial of Parcel Policy
If you refuse to accept the parcel after it has been dispatched:
- A shipping charge equal to 2 times the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (covering forward and reverse shipping).
- A packing charge equal to 10% of the product value will also be deducted.
- These deductions will be applied before issuing your refund.
10. Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product matches the one that was shipped to you.
- The product is in original condition with original packaging intact.
- You have provided a clear unboxing video as proof.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
12. Refund for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Missing items
- Wrong product received
13. Time Frame for Delivery and Returns
- Orders generally take more than 7 days to be delivered after placing the order.
- The return and refund period will be counted from the date of delivery (not the order date).
14. Product Not as Described
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations:
- You must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
